1. Returns Eligibility
- Timeframe: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for eligible reasons, including incorrect or damaged items.
- Condition: For hygiene and quality reasons, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Exclusions: We are unable to accept returns for opened or used products unless there is a defect or error on our part.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of personal care products, items that have been opened, used, or are past 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for returns.
- Sale items or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Refunds & Process

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

5. Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
